How do we work towards optimisation?

We always start with a detailed questionnaire and a clinical examination in any case. In addition, we carry out extensive functional blood and urine testing. With athletes, we will work specifically on certain parameters, such as vitamin and mineral status, but also the presence of certain neurotransmitters.

We always take account of both body and mind in our approach to your health. Only by taking both aspects into account can we guide you to optimum performance.

The doctor will discuss the results of the examination with you and give advice on lifestyle, dietary changes and the possible use of food supplements.
