Chronic pain

When pain affects your general well-being.

A patient who suffers from chronic pain experiences persistent pain that impairs his or her ability to function normally.

This type of pain involves continuous or recurring pain that lasts longer than the normal healing period for an illness or injury, or lasts longer than three to six months.

Chronic pain may be caused by an injury or infection, but also by fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, arthritis, rheumatism, migraine, and back, muscle, joint or nerve pain, for example.

We always start on the basis of a holistic approach to find the real underlying cause of your chronic pain and in doing so arrive at a long-term solution.

How do we examine chronic pain problems?

Many patients experience chronic pain. Since both the symptoms and their underlying cause may vary greatly, we always carry out a full examination that maps out your specific pain points. This also means that we look at your symptoms at the level of body and mind. Only by taking all these aspects into account can we arrive at a correct diagnosis.

The correct diagnosis enables us to work out an individual treatment plan adapted to your needs, with which we always endeavour to treat your pain in the most natural way possible. We go through this step by step with you so that you understand what action can be taken to help you start living a life free of pain or with minimal pain.

After three and six months of treatment, we follow up your progress and expect an improvement in your personal condition.

Your health is our priority.
Let's work on it together.
