Everyone feels tired at times and has days where they feel they have to drag themselves through. This fatigue is usually temporary and goes away by itself or with a little extra rest. However, fatigue that persists or does not disappear with rest is abnormal.
When you feel so tired that it interferes with your daily life, the last thing you want is advice that does not match your energy level. Starting to exercise again, changing jobs, ... these things seem unfeasible. Stimulants may help in the short term, but they don't address the cause of your fatigue.
The worst thing you might have been told is that it's all just in the mind. But you know and feel that there must be something more to it. And that is precisely what your body and mind are trying to tell you. Ultimately, you yourself want to be helped. You want your symptoms to be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
We always start on the basis of a holistic approach to find the real underlying cause of your fatigue and in doing so arrive at a long-term solution.
How do we examine your fatigue and low energy levels?
Fatigue and low energy levels are the most common symptoms we see in our practice. We therefore always take these symptoms seriously. We examine your symptoms at every level of body and mind and perform a full examination. Only in this way can we reach a correct diagnosis.
The correct diagnosis enables us to work out an individual treatment plan adapted to your needs. We go through this step by step with you so that you understand what action can be taken to restore health and energy levels.
After three and six months of treatment, we follow up your progress and expect a noticeable improvement in your personal condition.
